Según la historia este hombre tuvo un magnífico aporte a las matemáticas el cual se evidencio en su obra más importante la cual se llamó, elementos de geometría un proyecto que él lidero e inicio pero que se culminó muchos años después de que falleciera, este trabajo colectivo está compuesto por trece libros los cuales se dividieron en 5 grupos, donde se divide la teoría junto con el proceso desarrollado de la geometría, de estos el segundo muestra fundamentos del álgebra geométrica el cual sería el primer grupo. En el segundo grupo esta, los libros 5 y 6 en el quinto se crea la teoría de las medidas de las magnitudes, en el sexto se encuentra la geometría plana, en el tercer grupo se sitúan la teoría de los números enteros, en el cuarto grupo décimo libro están los números irracionales y por último el quinto grupo libros 11,12,13, estos tres libros contienen la geometría del espacio. sus postulados son muy reforzados a tal punto que no se pueden contradecir.
